Service Description

Pilates mat work is the basis for the entire Pilates system of exercises. In general, a traditional Pilates mat class will work your legs, stomach, lower and upper back muscles. On the mat, your body weight provides resistance against gravity, making the workout more challenging in many cases. You must be in full control of your body, rather than relying on the assistance or support of the springs and cables of an apparatus. Mat work is a great option for beginners because of its emphasis on learning how to control your muscles during exercises. **FREE FOR MEMBERS but booking is recommended

Cancellation Policy

Manage your bookings from your site login :) For UNPAID sessions (Matwork, Group Fitness Classes) please do the right thing & cancel your spot so someone else doesn't miss out. No Shows waste a spot. For PAID sessions (ie Personal Training, Reformer Pilates, Small Group PT) cancellation EARLIER than 24 hours prior to the session will give you a FULL REFUND or credit on a future booking - whichever you prefer. Attempting to cancel WITHIN 24 hours of the service is difficult and may mean we can't fill the spot with anyone else - you may forfeit your fee :( Please call us with any queries 49483373 or for help with the above.
