Pilates & Reformer Pilates

Pilates enhances core stability and body alignment, supporting safe weightlifting. It complements strength training by boosting flexibility and balance, reducing injury risk. Integrating Pilates improves functional strength for efficient, powerful movements. Pilates should form part but not all of a balanced training program.

PILATES PRICING AND BOOKING: All Pilates and Group Fitness classes require booking. Non members can contact us by phone or in person to make a booking. Members - book your classes via the Airlie Fitness (trainerize.me) App - PAID CLASSES WILL REQUIRE A SESSION CREDIT by simply hitting the links below and paying through Stripe and our App with session credits automatically applied to your account ready for use with bookings, oir hit the links and codes throughout the gym, social media, emails or App groups.
