NEW GROUP FITNESS - starting this week!

Note - we've added some new earlier 5.45am class times for Cannonvale by popular demand. Pilates Circuit & Metapwr on Tuesday will start at the usual time of 6 this week then switch to 5.45 from next week.

 More 30 minutes classes!  More Group Power!

In Proserpine, Bernie is BACK at 4.30 Tuesday.. and watch out Proserpine, we are building a NEW gym extension with a dedicated Group Fitness room, and more gym space... starting in March
