NEW GROUP SESSION JUST FOR SENIORS

This is held inside our gym using the safest most effective machines and equipment - fully supervised by our most experienced Personal Trainers. Open to Members and Non Members over 60. Only 1 session per week will make a huge difference!

CANNONVALE - Tuesday & Thursday 10.30am

PROSERPINE - Thursday 9am
